怎么通过训练来提升英语听力的应变能力

在大多数的中国人英语学习的多年经验看来，英语主要分为“听说读写”四个方面，在其中相对普遍比较薄弱的，就是英语听力水平了。然而中国虽然现在每年也有大量外籍人士涌入，但是普遍还是不具备英语听力练习的环境，所以只能通过听网络上的英语听力资料，主要是VOA，BBC等一系列的英语资源。了解决这个问题，成功的英语学习者可能都有自己独特的经历和方法。这里推荐的是一种高效的训练方案。

1、  时常利用下载网站上面的标准的英语听力内容，选择符合自己理解能力的，语速相对适中的，难度不要太大，如果听力中有超过40%的词汇，没有听懂，就是难度过大，选择大概可以听懂70%-85%的听力材料。

2、  不必按顺序，也不必从头至尾完成每个表的每个数字，完全随心所欲。只要目之所及，立即在脑海中对数字作出反应，同时口中念念有词(当然是用英语），只要不影响到他人，最好诵出声来。从数字映入眼中到诵完这个数字所用时间，随着练习的进行会越来越短，目标是，对数字形成条件反射。
