Target：目标，靶子

She paid all her attention to the aim, but the arrow fell short.

He took aim to the prey, waiting carefully and quietly.

Her position is too conspicuous, which makes it an easy target for others.

丑小鸭成了白鹅们嘲笑的对象。

Aim侧重比较具体而明确的目标，但是一般指短期目标；而target指射击的靶，军事攻击目标，引申指攻击、批评或嘲笑的目标。

Goal指经过考虑和选择，须经坚持不懈的努力奋斗才能达到的最终目标；普通用词，既指以坚决审慎的行动去达到的，目的，又指心中渴望要实现的目标。

End：目标

她穷尽一生追求自己的目标。

Accurate military objective is helpful to make battle plan.

精准的军事目标对于制定作战计划非常有用。

Our object of the activity is to raise money for the charity.

我们这次的活动目的是为了慈善捐款。

end指心目中怀着的某种目的，强调结果而非过程，较正式用词；Object强调个人或需求而决定的目标、目的；Objective与Object基本同义，但是语义更为宽泛，指具体或很快就能达到的目的，也可指军事目标，是书面用词。
