这篇讲的内容其实和“劝酒”已经没关系了，但从“劝酒”这个话题出发，我又想讲讲外国人喝酒。老外去下馆子，餐前喝酒，餐中喝酒，餐后也喝酒。
常见的餐前开胃酒如champagne（香槟），whiskey（威士忌），vodka（伏特加），以及上一讲中遇到的“tequila”（龙舌兰）等等。
学这些酒名是很容易的一件事，对学英语的人来说，更重要的是学会相关的表达方式和背后的文化内涵。
首先，我们来看看用餐时怎么点酒。
还是举《老友记》中的例子，第2季第10集：
[Scene: A restaurant. Fun Bobby and Monica are ordering.]
WAITER: Can I get you something from the bar?
Monica: Yes, I would like something. [looks at Fun Bobby, changes her mind] No, no thank you.
Fun Bobby: If... if you want to drink, it's OK with me, I've got to get used to it.
Monica: No, no really. I.. I wouldn't feel right about it. [to waiter] Just some water.
Fun Bobby: So the light went out in my refrigerator...
Monica: [grabs waiter as he's leaving] I'd like a scotch on the rocks with a twist.
简要情节介绍：
Monica和Bobby正在约会，Bobby为人风趣，所以得名Fun Bobby，但他有点酗酒，在Monica的劝说下开始戒酒，所以出去用餐时，Monica不好意思一个人喝酒。PS: Fun Bobby戒酒后说话就变得异常boring，一点也不fun了。
讲讲这里面的用法：
1.1点餐：order；点香槟：order champagne
1.2服务员问你要不要点酒：Can I get you something from the bar?
1.3当Bobby又要讲很无聊的故事时，Monica终于忍不住，点了一杯酒，她说“I'd like a scotch
on the rocks with a twist.”
1.3.1我要点……，英文表达是I'd like...。
去买票也可以用这个表达。例：I'd like two tickets for October 3rd, please.
1.3.2“scotch/vodka on the rocks ”是什么酒呢？意思是“an alcoholic drink that is served with
ice but no water（加冰不加水的烈酒）”。相反的呢？
例：One whiskey with water, please. 请来杯掺水的威士忌。
1.3.3“a scotch”（一杯苏格兰威士忌），“have a drink/have drinks”（喝酒）。
例：Do you wanna go get a drink or something? /Would you like to go for a drink or
something? 想去喝一杯吗？
How about a drink? 喝一杯怎么样？
I need a drink. 我想去喝一杯。
Would you like to have a drink after work? 下班后想喝杯酒吗？
1.3.4 twist：n. [C] a small piece of peel(=skin) of a citrus fruit that is put in a drink, or the juice
that you squeeze from it
看电视这样看，能学到的东西真不少。
第二，大家对red wine（红酒），white wine（白酒）最熟悉不过了，我们经常说的“红酒配牛肉，白酒配海鲜”怎么说？
Fish and white wine go particularly well together.
Red wine and beef go with each other very well.
第三，如果大量饮酒，或喝了酒劲很大的酒（如：The whiskey is strong.），喝完可能就醉了，醉的程度不同，除了我们熟悉的drunk，还有几个：
