英语面试有哪些常涉及到的话题，怎么面对

现在很多平台不错的，逼格够高的企业在甄选入职人员时候，经常会进行英语一对一的面试过程，当然是对英语口语能力的一个直接体现，既然是面试肯定不仅仅是只针对英语水平，而是HR对面试者的一个综合评价的最直观的反应和判断。那么简单归哪一些英语面试过程常见的问题，和一些比较得体的合适的回答方式：

1、  自我介绍首当其冲

HR："Tell Me About Yourself" is the most popular way for hiring managers to start most one-on-one job interviews; get this part right and the rest of the interview will just naturally fall into place.在一对一面试的是时候，面试官最常问的开场问题就是“做个自我介绍吧”。在面试中，自我介绍做好了，剩下的部分也就能水到渠成了。

2、  询问关于专业技能水平

HR：English and computer skills are comparatively important to this position, especially in the starting period. What’s your ability in these two fields?对于我们这个职位,英语和计算机作为 两项基本技能还是比较重要的，特别在 刚刚开始工作的时候。你在这两方面的 能力如何？

I passed College English Test Band 6, with good skill in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. I haven，t got any certificate of computer skills, because I don’t think certificates are necessary if what’s needed is merely operating a computer. I think practically, to know how to use a computer is more important. And I am quite familiar with Microsoft Office.

3、  询问关于之前的工作经历

You have three minutes to hold their attention and tell them how you took up your first job after college or university and gained specific skills as your career progressed. Add to this your promotions or appointments to new job roles and how you sought out opportunities to develop in your chosen career. Spend most of your three minutes on your most recent job and how the expertise you have matches the underlying needs of the new job.

4、如何看待与同事合作共事？

HR：How do you deal with those who you think are difficult to work with? A:你如何应付那些你认为难以合作的 人？

I stick to my principles and keep to the rules. Sometimes, they just lack enthusiasm. When I get them involved with something constructive, some of them change their attitude later.我会坚持原则和坚守规则。有时候， 他们只是缺乏对工作的热诚。当我安 排他们处理一些较有建设性的工作 时，有部分人便改变了态度。

5、询问之前薪水和目前期望薪资

HR：What salary range are you looking for?  What did you make at your last job?   你期望的工资范围是多少？ 上份工作你赚多少？

“Let’s talk about the job requirements and expectations first, so I can get a sense of what you need.” That’s a soft answer to a soft way to ask the question.“让我们先谈工作要求和期望吧，那我就能了解你需要什么。” 这是对温和提问的一种温和回答。

“This position is not exactly the same as my last job. 当然在英语面试过程中，HR和面试者交流过程多半不仅仅限于以上这些问题，那么如果才能让自己在口语面试环节脱颖而出，关键是英语的输出过程，这就要求面试者自己英语水平过硬，否则无法自如的把中文想法和工作经历很好的展示出来，英语需要扎实打牢。
