1. have got a problem :

例:

I've got a problem with my dishwasher.

2. has had it : if you say that a machine has had it you mean that it is completely broken and cannot be repaired

例:

I'm afraid the stereo's had it.

3. be on the blink : if a piece of electrical equipment such as a television or washing machine is on the blink or on the fritz, it sometimes works and sometimes does not

备注:美式英语中常用 ''be on the fritz'' ''blink'' 原意是“眨眼”或“灯忽明忽暗”, ''be on the blink'' 指“(电器)时好时坏”。 ''be on the blink'' ''be on the fritz'' 常用于非正式的场合。

例:

My TV's on the blink again.

go on the blink/fritz

The car's air conditioning went on the fritz just as we reached Dallas.

4. temperamental : a machine, car etc. that is temperamental works some of the time but not all the time

Jo's car is very temperamental in the mornings. Sometimes it starts and sometimes it doesn't.

The only heating was from a temperamental iron stove in the center of each hut.

5. has gone : if you say that part of a machine, especially a car, has gone or is gone , you mean that it has stopped working properly

I'm not sure what's wrong with my car - I think the clutch has gone.

If the gearbox is gone it'll cost you a fortune.

"What's that noise?" "It sounds like the suspension's going." -

service : to examine a vehicle or machine, especially at fixed regular times, and repair it if necessary

All our machinery is serviced regularly.

When was the plane last serviced?

have something serviced (=pay someone else to service it)

I'm having the car serviced next week.

"You should have your car serviced." "It isn't worth it. I hardly ever drive now."

We recommend an annual service for all central heating boilers.

My car's due for service - I'll book it into a garage next week.
